  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos as proof.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.

6. Product Care & Safety

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
  • Always place candles on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Trim the wick before each use for best performance.

Flora Candles is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by improper use of our products.

All content, including logos, images, and product designs, belongs to Flora Candles and may not be copied or used without permission.
